Liz Gilmore
Liz is a researcher and strategist with a background in developmental psychology. She has 20ish years of experience working at the intersection of tech, media, design, and education. She has a knack for uncovering human needs and amplifying voices. Liz loves being mom to two kids, one dog, and an ever-growing number of plants. Liz knows firsthand that the neurodivergent path is not always linear, but with the right support it can be beautiful and fulfilling! She started Flutter & Bloom because every young person deserves the tools, the community, and the confidence to get where they want to be, authentically.

While working as a product manager in the tech industry, she has collaborated with cross-functional teams to define, build, and launch products that serve millions of users. Outside work, Lauren loves collecting new hobbies, making soft things from fiber & fabric, and reading about everything from tech policy to niche history.

SecretarySarah Wigmore
Danielle Reiner
Danielle is a lifelong educator and advocate passionate about helping people navigate non-linear paths with confidence. From teaching in high-need Chicago public schools to homeschooling her two neurodivergent children, she brings a deep, lived understanding of unique developmental journeys. Currently pursuing her CFP® certification, Danielle is dedicated to empowering individuals through pivotal life transitions. Danielle brings an action-forward, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset to the board, believing meaningful progress begins simply by taking the first step. In her free time, she embraces that same creative momentum—starting (and sometimes finishing!) projects like knitting sweaters, hand-sewing quilts, or building a tiny house in the woods, alongside weightlifting and hiking.
TreasurerAli Bennett
Ali loves building and growing things—companies, brands, gardens, homes, and the occasional nonprofit. Her background spans sustainability, marketing, business development, and emerging technology, where she loves translating complex ideas into experiences and stories people can connect with. She’s happiest at the intersection of creativity and strategy, especially when there’s an opportunity to turn an idea into something meaningful. Outside of work, Ali loves gardening, tackling home and design projects, spending time with her two kiddos, and knowing far more about travel points than anyone reasonably needs to.
